For the period 2004-2009, EUROPE Ltd was the Independent Evaluator in Hungary of all EU Phare and Transition Facility assistance programmes - one of the highest prestige framework assignments a company can hold.

EUROPE Ltd was a consortium member of EU External Aid Framework Contract (No: EuropeAid//119860/C/SV/multi, Lot9) for September 2005 - September 2009. The objective of the multiple Framework Contract was to provide short-term operational services on the spot for the exclusive benefit of third countries receiving external aid in several regions, including Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, New Independent States, Latin America and Caribbean, Asia, the Mediterranean area, Africa, and the Pacific region. The Contract covered the following areas:

• Education
• Labor market and employment
• Knowledge economy (including e-learning, research, innovation, ICT policy)
• Social inclusion and protection (including health care and pensions).

Since 2003, EUROPE Ltd has been accredited to ISO 9001:2001 quality assurance in the area of "Management Consulting, Project Management, Education, Information Technology Consulting" (National Quality Assurance Certification Body, United Kingdom).
