Ms. Judit Mihalyi holds an MS degree in computer engineering from the Budapest Technical University (1981), a Diplome bancaire (CFPB, Paris - International Training Center for Bankers, 1997), and a degree in Economics specialized in Finance of the Budapest University of Economics. In 1988-1989, she worked at the headquarters of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Switzerland. In 1990-93, she was IT director of Morgan Stanley Capital International (Geneva, Switzerland), a joint company of the American investment bank Morgan Stanley and the Capital Group (USA), one of the largest fund management companies. In 1994-95, she established Office Consulting Services for Digital Equipment Hungary (now Hewlett-Packard), and participated in large projects. Ms. Mihalyi worked for the Minister of Finance to create the State Treasury in Hungary and participated in the negotiations with the IMF and the World Bank to support state modernization projects. She was Executive Director of the Hungarian subsidiary of the Dutch ING Bank and later of the European Commercial Bank. In this position, she was in charge of large banking development projects (risk analysis, card management, treasury and retail banking systems), technical security, IT, telecommunications and banking processes.

In EUROPE Ltd., Ms. Mihalyi performs operational due diligence and suggests improvements. In Corporate finance services, she identifies potential target companies or investor-partners, assists from transaction initiation up to negotiation and closing. On the consulting side, she works on technology related projects and on evaluation.

Ms. Mihalyi is fluent in English and French.
