CONSULTANT
We are looking for professionals to work with us on short-term assignments outside the European Union. We expect the following features and qualifications in our project staff:
minimum Master's degree,
minimum 5 years of professional experience in one of the above-described areas,
experience to work in an international team,
knowledge of the policies and procedures of international donors,
fluency in English or French or Spanish, other languages are an asset,
sensitivity to cultural differences.

Non-EU citizens are also welcome to work as local experts in their home country.
