Peter Mihalyi, EUROPE Ltd.'s managing director, is a renowned specialist of privatization issues. In 1994-1995, he was also directly involved in Hungary's privatization programme as Deputy Government Commissioner for Privatization. He is the author of numerous publications in the field.
