EUROPE Ltd is a member of the EU External Aid Framework contract consortium for the period of 2005 -2009. The area covered by the lot (Lot 9) includes Education, Employment, Information society, and Social projects.
Two assignments were carried out by the experts of EUROPE Ltd. The first one was VET programme identification, and the second one elaborated a detailed project fiche. It also broke down the project into components and elaborated a detailed budget break-down of the implementation. The expert team negotiated the content of the VET programme to be financed by the DG Employment and Labour and DG AIDCO in Brussels.
The experts of EUROPE Ltd presented the project for DG Employment after the project closure to support the approval of the financing. |
- Identification of a VET programme including analyses of the current situation in the VET sector, feasibility of an EU supported programme.
- Elaboration of the project fiche and its components as well as budgeting the contracts.
EUROPE Ltd gave a full team of experts and quality assurance for the projects: Etude d’identification pour le développement de la formation professionnelle and Etude de Faisabilité - Appui à la Formation Professionnelle au Gabon.
The employees of EUROPE Ltd worked with the short-term experts on the success of the project, read the draft reports, and supported the experts with suggestions and questions.
The long-term VET programme obtained M€ 4.7 financing from EDF in 2007. |
